Employees Learn the Essentials of Disability & Inclusion in the Workplace
The Center for Disability and Inclusion engaged my team to develop a suite of eLearning courses designed to educate partner organizations' employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The project involved translating complex, values-driven content into accessible, engaging digital learning experiences.
The Problem
The Center for Disability and Inclusion needed a scalable, engaging way to deliver DEI training across multiple partner organizations, with measurable results to demonstrate impact. My team brought their vision to life by designing, developing, and hosting a suite of eLearning courses that gave partners a modern, accessible solution for educating their employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Solution
We designed interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline, built with accessibility at the forefront. All courses are WCAG compliant — featuring audio narration for every text element, alt text for all relevant images, and full keyboard navigation throughout. These courses feature scenario based learning that comes up in the workplace everyday along with knowledge checks to review key topics.
Available on demand, the courses deliver engaging video-based learning that partner organizations can deploy at any scale — whether onboarding new team members or reinforcing inclusive practices across departments. The result is a consistent, flexible education experience that keeps progress moving forward, 24/7.
