The eLearning Guide

This program was designed to educate prospective customers on the value and impact of eLearning. It walks learners through the development process while offering a transparent look at what it's like to collaborate with our eLearning team — setting clear expectations and building confidence from the very first interaction.

The Problem

Selling eLearning services can be a difficult conversation. Prospective customers often come in with little understanding of what eLearning actually is, how it's built, or what working with an outside team involves — leading to hesitation, misaligned expectations, and a longer, more friction-filled sales cycle. Without a clear, engaging way to educate leads early in the process, valuable time was being spent re-explaining the basics rather than focusing on fit and solutions.

The Solution

I proposed and developed a self-guided course that gave prospective clients a meaningful first look at what our team could offer. Rather than relying solely on sales conversations, the course allowed leads to explore at their own pace — learning how their organizations could benefit from eLearning, understanding the science behind why it works, and getting a firsthand feel for our team's capabilities and approach. It was both an education tool and a demonstration of our craft.

The program helped convert prospective customers more effectively by building trust and setting clear expectations before the contract was ever signed — reducing onboarding friction and shortening the path from lead to client.
